Today I would like to invite you to exercise with me.
Apart from the title you didn’t see that coming he?
Yes! That is right, we’re going to get that blood pumping! As you know I am very flexible and strong, I can pull a muscle while knitting and I can do the exercise too. There will be no need to call for an ambulance afterwards, just don’t overdo it of course.
The exercise doesn’t take too long, about 7 minutes of your day. All you need to do is to sit down and watch the short movie. It is safe for work but please put the sound on. And maybe do it in an environment where you are not going to be disturbed and you feel at ease. The exercise is to watch the whole seven minutes without pausing it, you’ll spoil all the fun!
What are the benefits of this?
- It will get your heartbeat up
- it will get your juices flowing
- you will use some muscles
- you will feel better afterwards
- maybe look younger
- be more relaxed
Give it a try and tell me in the comments what you’ve experienced. You may always share it with someone who can use a little mental health exercise just before the weekend.

I love this! 😂🤣 It reminds me of Budai, the laughing Buddha. Apparently this guy in ancient China would go to different villages and just start laughing uproariously. People would eventually join in, just like in the movie!

That sounds so good to me! I love laughing! It releases so much stress and it is just so fun. I know that there is something like ‘laughing yoga’ when you do basically the same thing but I haven’t found it in my city. I’m glad you liked the short movie and I hope you had a good laugh! 😁
